Security Supervisor (SS)

About the Role

We are seeking a capable Security Supervisor to manage overall site security operations. You will be the main point of contact for the client and our HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy manpower rosters.
• Conduct OJT (On-Job-Training) for new staff.
• Liaise with building management on security matters.
• Conduct internal audits and drills.
• Prepare monthly security reports for the client.

Requirements

• Holds a valid Security Supervisor grade license.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (Email, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
